Privacy

Short version: the static pages do not use our own analytics, cookies, or trackers. We receive information when you choose to contact us, request a preview, or buy a service, and we never sell it or add you to a mailing list. The preview forms and payment checkout use third-party services, described below.

What these sites collect

zerobeatlabs.org, the demo at demo.zerobeatlabs.org, and the website previews at web.zerobeatlabs.org are static websites. Their pages do not use accounts, our own analytics, cookies, or third-party tracking scripts. The interactive demo runs entirely in your browser; the data you edit there never leaves your device. This describes the sites themselves, subject to the hosting, preview-form, and payment-service disclosures below.

The website preview forms

On web.zerobeatlabs.org you can ask for a free website preview by submitting your business name, email address, and an optional message, and each preview page has a shorter form to leave just your email. We use those details only to reply and to build the preview you asked for, and we do not add you to any mailing list. Submissions are delivered through Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative), a third-party form processor acting on our behalf. Web3Forms stores submissions encrypted at rest and may retain them for up to three years before automatic deletion. To block spam, it may send the submitter's IP address and email address to spam-filtering providers (CleanTalk and Akismet), and it runs on Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, and Hetzner. Hosting

The sites are hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may log standard technical request information such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability. That data is handled under GitHub's privacy statement.

Payments

When you choose to pay for a service, checkout is hosted by Stripe. Stripe collects payment and related checkout information under its own privacy policy. ZeroBeatLabs may receive the contact, billing, transaction, and limited payment details Stripe provides to us, such as payment status and the last four digits of a card where available. We use this information to provide and fulfill services, keep required accounting records, and handle refunds or disputes. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Links to other services

Booking and social links open third-party services, including Google Calendar. ZeroBeatLabs does not embed their content or send them information before you choose a link. Their privacy policies apply after you follow a link.

If you contact us

If you email hello@zerobeatlabs.org, we use your message and email address to respond and, if you become a customer, to provide and support the services you request. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we never sell your details.

Sharing and retention

We never sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with the service providers described above, including GitHub for hosting, Web3Forms and its spam-filtering providers for preview forms, and Stripe for payments, as needed to operate the sites, respond to you, provide services, process payments, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or services. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, including recordkeeping, refund, dispute, and legal requirements.
